Frisky

Frisky is a jolly good fellow,

All of us do state;

But Frisky’s gone to Piyush’s now,

And left us all to our fate.

Three years ago, three pups were born,

Magically, so to speak.

Gobla, Rusty, Frisky–Thekambattans all;

Growing rambunctious week by week.

Gobla left us, the others stayed:

Mother, son and daughter;

Ranged far afield chasing hens and goats;

And soon, chasing led to hen-slaughter.

The hens were paid for, many a time,

At a hundred bucks a piece,

Till Rusty and Magic’s luck ran out.

But Bad luck didn’t come in threes.

Rusty and Magic ate poisoned jackfruit,

And died within days of each other.

Frisky stopped his roaming at once,

And survived his sister and mother.

He walked the razor’s edge quite well,

Up until April last;

When he skinned a sheep in Parman’s kaad,

And then the “incidents” came thick and fast.

One day last may, some goats strayed in,

And Frisky, with a killer’s grace,

Went for the throat and clamped his jaws,

And that settled his case.

I prised his jaws apart and released the goat,

And called Piyush to say:

“The deed is done, the die is cast,

Can I bring him over today?”

The boys were bereft, we were all sorry,

But the situation wouldn’t keep;

And it would have ended, one way or another,

With putting Frisky to sleep.

Frisky is a jolly good fellow,

All of us reiterate;

But Frisky’s gone to Piyush’s now

And Bagli owns the estate!

The story of Pulibaba

Once upon a time long long ago there was a boy whose name was ‘Baba’. People called him a thief, but he was good thief. He will take things from very rich people and give them to very poor people. All the poor people liked him and all the rich people hated him. A rich man wanted to punish Baba and he was looking for an idea. In the meanwhile Baba was walking through a jungle and saw a tiger (Puli, in Tamil) trapped in a net. The tiger was roaring with pain. Baba took pity on the tiger and applied some calendula on its wounds and released from the net. It was the rich man who wanted to capture the tiger and sell it to the circus for money. The tiger thanked Baba and said:’ If you need any help just call aloud,”Grrr..Grrr..Grrr” three times and I will come to your help. The rich man came to know that Baba had released the tiger from the net and he was very angry. He told two of his servants to go and beat Baba so that he will not do such things in future. The two servants went in search of Baba. They found Baba sleeping under a tree. They woke him and were about to beat Baba. Baba thought of the tiger’s promise and said,”Grrrr…Grrr…Grrr…” Then the tiger appeared with all his friends big and small. Seeing so many tigers the servants ran away as fast as they could. Baba thanked the tiger and his friends for coming to his help. The tiger said, “Call me anytime Baba. I will come to help; you. And from today you will be called “Pulibaba” (Tigerbaba),the Chief of Tigers.

Caramalia cat

Once caramalia cat was eating,and then do you know what happened?

Caramalia cat was eating and eating and eating,

And then he found a couple of plums.

Ha saved them for last.

and finished the rest fast,

And then he finished all the plums.

Then he found a stick,

And he waved it around like this,

And then he found a Pteranodon.

And then he said ‘eeks’,

Because it was a leaf,

And he went into a cave of stone.

Soon he went out and found a pebble,

But it wsn’t the one he wanted,
Then he found another stone,

And found he was all alone,

So he went back home.

Killertumble Part-1

Then there was a boy… no there was a monster called Killertumble who kept eating people
(even indian flies )
so Krabby frog Decided to fight Killertumble .Then he found a stream that was dammed. But the dam was made of sticks!
He went inside wondering what it was,when he saw a beaver.
“Who are you and what are you doing in my house?” said the beaver. Then Krabby frog said “I am krabby frog,and I came to fight Killertumble.I saw this Dam made of sticks,and I came in to see what it was.
The beaver said “I am Koraskei the beaver,and I also wanted to fight Killertumble.Let us go together.”
So they were going when they saw a turtle following them. they asked the turtle:”why are you following us?” The turtle said “I am not Following you,I am just going to fight Killertumble.” Then Koraskei said:”Oh! we are also going to fight Killertumble! Let us go together!” The turtle said “I am Nomindy Turtle.Now let us go to fight Killertumble.”
Soon they met Quacky Duck,Bersoka dog,and A cow who were all going to fight Killertumble.
So they walked and walked until they reached the sea.
Then they said “Oh ! how shall we cross the sea now? ” just then they saw a shark. the shark said:”I am Sharkei Pathaan and I also wanted to fight Killertumble,but i can only go in the water.If you make a boat I can pull you across the sea to Killetumble’s cave.”
So Koraskei cut up some wood, and Bersoka chewed it in the shape of a boat. Then Krabby frog said: “Oh No! there are some holes in the boat,what shall we do?” then Quacky Duck said “can put m-seal,I have some in my sack.”
so they put m-seal and they were waiting for the boat to dry,when they saw a stork Who also wanted to fight Killertumble.
Then they all got into the boat and Sherkei Pathaan started pulling them to Kille tumble’s cave.

Mercury is the first,and Pluto is the last
Neptune’s very slow,Venus is quite fast
In Jupiter you’ll be short
In Pluto you’ll be tall
Ganymede’s quite big
Leda’s very small

The sun is just another star in the milky way,
and all of the other stars are also there in the day

During the day,the Sun,
Is the only star in the sky,
Why can’t you see the other stars?
the reason i’ll tell you why:
The sun is closer than all other stars in the milky way,
that’s why all the other stars aren’t seen in the day
Because the sunlight
is too bright
to see the stars
Or even planets like Mercury,Venus,and Mars

The boy,the monkey,and the dog that came in between

Once there was a boy,and a monkey the monkey had a mango,the boy said we will share it.The monkey said OK.The boy took all the pulp and gave the monkey the seed.Then a dog came and buried the seed.Soon a tree grew and the boy and the monkey had many mangoes to eat,and they were very happy.The dog got many seeds to bury,and it was also happy.

A flea and a bee went to the sea,

A frog and a dog sat on a log

Mr cat sat on a mat

got up,and shook it like this, like that.

The flea and the bee that went to the sea,

had some honey with Mr bunny.
